Solicitud de nulidad presentada en contra de las Sentencias C-355/06 y C-055/22.
El peticionario argumentó que las precitadas decisiones han ocasionado un aumento significativo en la mortalidad de los bebés y han provocado 20.000 abortos en la ciudad de Bogotá.
Debido al manifiesto incumplimiento del requisito de oportunidad, la Sala Plena de la Corporación decidió RECHAZAR de plano la nulidad invocada.
Lo anterior, sin necesidad de valorar ninguna de las restantes exigencias de procedibilidad, como legitimidad y carga argumentativa.
